Multi-Branch Architecture
Emmai allows you to operate multiple clinic locations with independent IANA timezones, physical addresses, and practitioner room assignments under one single subscription.
Adding a New Branch
Follow these steps to create a new branch location in your admin settings:
Timezone Notice
Always set the correct IANA timezone for each branch. Appointment reminders, calendar grids, and client booking widgets automatically localize to the branch's specific timezone.

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Settings > Branches.

Click the '+ Add New Branch' button in the upper right.

Enter the branch name, physical address, contact telephone, and local timezone (e.g. America/Vancouver).

Specify whether this branch offers in-person visits, virtual telehealth sessions, or both.

Save changes. The branch will immediately appear in the calendar header filter and online booking catalog.
